How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept up to 24 months unless you ask for earlier deletion, then are removed except where law requires retention of transaction records.

Your choices

Email or call us to request a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will confirm within a reasonable time. Because we operate in the United States, this notice follows standard fair-information practices and applicable ND law.
